His Light
There's a light from up in heaven
shining down for you and me;
Guiding us through our lives, each day,
if only we let it be!
Jesus holds us in the palm of His
hand -
helps us weather the storms of life;
He asks but that we follow Him
to help us ease the strife.
In quietness we'll find Him -
we'll build the strength we need
To cope with daily problems -
He is our Strength, indeed!
The beacon shines from heaven -
down on you and me;
It is the Christ-light calling -
"Come - follow Me".
